reopen when safe
backup offsite in cloud and remote location
keep staff and clients safe with food and shelter
stock up on food for 3 days
monitor weather on radio or internet
keep torches and mobile phone charged
keep car fueled
get sandbags if required if floods will enter building
protect goods if roof or windows come off
staff will not drive through flooded water on road
staff or clients will use emergency accommodation provided by local government, e.g. City of Moreton Bay and Brisbane City Council, or churches if required
staff and clients will use internet and mobile phone for remote work or lessons if possible if roads are down
if staff building is damaged, relocate to a better building
