On 28 February 2011, Parramatta City Council notified Dwight Walker of WWWalker Web Development Pty Ltd that he was successful at being included as one of 42 companies to express interest in the tender for digital services and devices which will stretch over the next 5 years.

This is the biggest potential deal in the history of WWWalker Web Development Pty Ltd.

As of 1 September 2011, no tenders have come through so this is a fizzer where Parramatta City Council has our details and capabilities but is unwilling to start new projects 6 months after the Expression of Interest was closed.

As of 2 June 2011, the tender went to ST Microelectronics Switzerland led consortium for their ConnectCard, a Near Field Communication smart card for smart parking in Parramatta City Council. The funding came from NSW Trade & Investment Collaborative Solutions Program. As of 2 February 2012, we have pulled out of the expressions of interest in ParraConnect as larger multinationals are too much competition. We wasted 2 months going for the EOI with no benefit apart from improving my bookkeeping and efforts to project what we can do to a local council which had no money and relied on State grants to get hitech resources into its area. The intellectual property we had shared in good faith for a small developer to pick up work from with Parramatta City Council was taken over by a bigger more resourced company which annoyed us intensely.

63% of the participants were from overseas companies in NSW Government Collaborative Solutions Program which is very unsupportive of the Australian IT industry. It should be about 20%.

As of 6 February 2012, we have resigned as affiliate of Western Sydney IT Cluster after blue over above events.
